Senior living communities give residents a strong foundation of care and community. Our Ambassador program adds a layer of personal, one-to-one support on top of that, handling the individual tasks and preferences that make daily life feel a little more like home.

AccuCare has cared for St. Louis families through our private duty home care for over 30 years. We have run our Ambassador Program in senior living communities since 2022.

We sit down with you to talk through how an Ambassador would work in your community, which tasks make sense, and how residents opt in. Simple to set up, and nothing required from your staff.

Our team picks the Ambassador we think will fit your community, weighing the residents they will support and the rhythm of your building.

We stay close

Your Ambassador is a consistent, carefully screened team member, not a rotating shift-fill. We check in regularly with your community lead to review how things are going and adjust as needs shift. If something needs your team's attention, you hear about it.

It grows at your pace

Residents request what they need, when they need it, and pay only for what they use. The program grows at whatever pace your community sets.

What Your Residents Can Ask For

Everything is task-based. A resident picks what they need, when they need it, and pays only for what they use.

Escort to activities and meals. A walk outside when the weather is good. Small distances, but they are often the difference between a resident joining in and staying in the apartment.

Shower assist. Bed changes. Fresh linens. Laundry by the load. Light housekeeping and household chores. The tasks that quietly pile up when someone is managing on their own.

Medication reminders. Vital signs taken and recorded. Wellness check-ins. Our team stays involved and reports anything significant back to your staff.
