What we look for
Our clients open their homes and trust us with the people they love most. Our vetting process reflects that — and so does the team we've built.
To join us as a caregiver, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of documented home health care experience
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and TB/chest x-ray clearance
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire — free in-house training provided
Our background checks cover criminal history, sex offender registry, employee disqualification lists, and driver's license history across Missouri and Illinois. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, because our clients deserve nothing less.
