At AccuCare Home Health Care of St. Louis, the safety and well-being of our clients are our top priorities. This commitment is reflected in our rigorous vetting process for caregivers. We conduct comprehensive background checks, including checking criminal histories, sex offender registries, and employee disqualification lists, using records from Missouri and Illinois law enforcement and health departments. Additionally, we verify child abuse and childcare facility licensing records and review driver’s license histories in Illinois.
Our home caregivers are also required to have a valid driver's license and their own insured vehicle, which they must use to drive themselves to work.
To ensure the highest standards of care, each caregiver must have at least two to five years of professional home health care experience and successfully complete our orientation program before being matched with clients.
