AccuCare Home Health Care was born from a personal experience that most St. Louis families know all too well. Founder Jacque Phillips, RN, BSN, cared for her own parents on hospice and felt firsthand what families go through in those moments, the love, the uncertainty, and the weight of wanting to get it right. She built AccuCare in 1994 around the kind of care she wished every family could have access to. Today her daughter Dana Moulton, RN, BSN, carries that same heart forward.

Locally owned and women-led for over 30 years, we are not a franchise or a national network. We are a St. Louis team that genuinely knows this community and the families in it. Everything we do is grounded in one standard: showing up for your family the way we would want someone to show up for ours. We call it HEART, Helpful, Excellent, Accountable, Respectful, and Trustworthy. It is not a tagline. It is how we hire, how we train, and how we care.
