Who We Are

AccuCare was founded by Jacque Phillips, RN, BSN, after caring for her own parents on hospice. She knew firsthand what families go through and she built AccuCare around the kind of care she wished every family could have. Today her daughter Dana Moulton, RN, BSN, carries that same commitment forward. Women-owned and nurse-led, we are proud to be St. Louis's home health care team for over 30 years.
