Your privacy comes first. Sensi only detects care-related sounds and patterns. Everyday conversations are never flagged or stored. Non-care sounds are filtered out and deleted, and information is handled in an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant system.

Who is Sensi for?
Seniors who live alone or spend time alone between visits, people with memory changes, those recovering after a hospital stay, and anyone whose family wants an extra layer of reassurance.
What does setup involve?
Our team places a few small care pods in the rooms where your loved one spends the most time. Setup usually takes less than 10 minutes, and there's nothing for them to wear, charge, or press. Sensi does require Wi-Fi in the home.
How will I get alerts?
Alerts come by text or email, whichever you prefer. If something looks urgent, our team will also reach out by phone.
What happens after I sign up?
We'll call to answer your questions, schedule a time to set up Sensi, and walk your family through what to expect. Your 90 complimentary days begin the day Sensi is installed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Sensi is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.
