Ambassador Program
Senior living communities do a lot. Even with a strong team, there are small things in a resident's day that nobody quite owns. Walking the dog. Getting to the dining room. A load of laundry that keeps waiting.
An AccuCare Ambassador handles those, task by task, right inside your building. Residents request what they want and pay only for what they use. Nothing comes out of your budget, and nothing gets added to your staff's plate. AccuCare has supported St. Louis seniors in independent living, assisted living, and memory care for almost 4 years.
How a Partnership Works
Four steps, built around your community and your team.
We meet
We sit down with you to talk through how an Ambassador would work in your community, which tasks make sense, and how residents opt in. Simple to set up, and nothing required from your staff.
We match
Our team picks the Ambassador we think will fit your community, weighing the residents they will support and the rhythm of your building.
We stay close
Your Ambassador is a consistent, carefully screened team member, not a rotating shift-fill. We check in regularly with your community lead to review how things are going and adjust as needs shift. If something needs your team's attention, you hear about it.
It grows at your pace
Residents request what they need, when they need it, and pay only for what they use. The program grows at whatever pace your community sets.
What Your Residents Can Ask For
Getting Where They Want to Go
Escort to activities and meals. A walk outside when the weather is good. Small distances, but they are often the difference between a resident joining in and staying in the apartment.
Daily Living
Shower assist. Bed changes. Fresh linens. Laundry by the load. Light housekeeping and household chores. The tasks that quietly pile up when someone is managing on their own.
Health Touchpoints
Medication reminders. Vital signs taken and recorded. Wellness check-ins. Our nursing team stays involved and reports anything significant back to your staff.
Pets and Everyday Extras
Dog walking and pet care. Meal delivery. The things that keep a resident's life feeling like their own.
More Time When It's Needed
Evening assistance and hourly personal assistance for residents who want a longer stretch of support rather than a single task.
What This Does for Your Community
Most moves to a higher level of care start small. Skipped showers. Missed meals. A resident who stops coming to activities. An Ambassador covers those gaps early, which keeps residents comfortable where they already are.
Families notice too. When someone reliably handles the things they worry about from across town, that worry stops landing on your desk. And on a tour, an Ambassador is an answer to the question every adult child asks: what happens when Mom needs a little more than this?
