We are small and independent. This allows decisions to be made on the spot by our staff. We don't have to wait for someone from "corporate" to give their approval. We believe our caregivers should be treated with respect and be rewarded for a job well done. As a result, many of them have been with us over six years--almost unheard of in the health care industry.
We are dependable. You will NEVER be asked to "pick up an employee from a bus stop," or "fill in" until our employee arrives. We GUARANTEE our 24 hour care--important to families who have other responsibilities.

What we do:
You can start care without an initial assessment, which allows you to obtain caregivers in emergency situations. Then, we make a no cost initial assessment which helps us decide what types of services you need. It also helps us evaluate for Medicare, Meals on Wheels or durable medical equipment eligibility.
Basic services can include personal care, medication reminders, laundry, meal preparation, help with dressing, light housework and help with family pets.
Since all our employees know in advance that transporting patients is part of their job, it allows us to help with grocery shopping as well as doctor or other personal appointments. The distinct advantage our agency offers in this area is the ability for a client to remain truly independent.
